Basic Rental Information

The Village // Wedding Package

 Get the code at 8:30pm on Thursday, and return it by 1:00pm Sunday!! 

  • Access to entire facility everyday 
  • You set up, take down and clean
  • 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment is required to hold the date. 
  • Bartenders and Event Host on site for your ceremony/reception

Daily Events

 Hourly, Half Day and Full Day Rates available (during off-season months only) . Within the hours of 8:30am - 11:45pm.

  • Access to entire facility
  •  You set up, take down and clean

The Farm // Wedding Package

 Get the code at 1:00pm on Friday, and return it by 1:00pm Sunday!! 

  • Access to entire facility everyday 
  • You set up, take down and clean
  • 50% Non-Refundable Down Payment is required to hold the date. 
  • Bartenders and Event Host on site for your ceremony/reception

The Farm {House} // AirBNB

AirBNB stays available (during off-season months only: November-April) at The Farmhouse.

  • Custom made wood tables and benches for up to 480 people
  • Up to 200 addition banquet chairs 
  • 15 additional Round tables for misc
  • Black, White, or Ivory Linens
  • Portable Speaker System
  • Private Secure Parking
  • Bar Service

The Bar Service

Want adult beverages? Hire our bartender and the bar will be stocked and ready!  Features a full service bar, with premium brands, and customization just for you!

*Bartenders included with the wedding package     

Take Down and Cleaning

Don't want to hassle with taking down tables and chairs and cleaning it all up? 

It's okay, we can do it for you. 

DJ Service

 Use our trusted in-house DJ to make your event unforgettable!! Unbiased opinion, they are an actual hoot. 

Minister Services

Need someone to officiate your I Do's? We have you covered, with our certified  Ministers.  Male or Female available.   

Arbor Rental

Want the rustic and beautiful backdrop, we have them for rent.  Just inquire with our Staff and they will show you the options! 

PRICES (OTHER THAN THE BASE RENTAL) MAY BE ADJUSTED.
