Meet Brandi and Bruce. On February 22, 2020 this great couple tied the knot at The Village.
Their decor offered subtle warmth and timeless class, matching the simple elegance this couple shared with us as they planned their wedding at our rustic wedding venue. From cupcakes to cake and dance parties, family selfies, and laughter, Brandi and Bruce truly celebrated their love here in Kearney. It was a joy to work with them and we are so glad we got to be a part of it. Thanks for letting us host your special day!
Meet Taylor and Carson. On August 8th, 2020 these two said yes to forever at The Village.
We enjoyed watching their special day unfold; from setting up simple and sweet decorations, to displaying their memories together as a couple. Taylor and Carson brought a piece of their love into The Village for their wedding. It was a joy to work with them and we are so glad we got to be a part of it. Thanks for letting us host your special day!
Elizabeth and Lucas were all smiles on the day of their wedding. August 15, 2020 was a sweet date, in the midst of global uncertainty, a blossom of hope sprung up. Here at The Village, we got a front row seat to that joyful anticipation of spending forever together. Sealed with a country kiss, the Mendyk's took their vows and danced the night away all at The Village.
They recently shared what each of their love languages were (as a gift, we give the couple a book called, "The 5 Love Languages"). The book educates readers how their loved ones give and receive love. Elizabeth explained that she feels loved through Act of Service while Lucas does so through Quality Time. We loved hearing from them!
September 26, 2020 was a day of beauty and memories for Emily and David. This couple celebrated their special day with family and friends; sharing food, drink, laughs, and custom koozies, the Ripps stepped into marriage on the right foot. We loved watching their style and personalities unfold as they set up The Village in preparation for their wedding. It was so fun celebrating with and for them!

On a chilly October day, Rachel and Sean gave their hearts to one another. We will remember this wedding for a long time; so many sweet memories and pieces of this wedding brought moments of tearful joy for all. From ceremony to reception, this couple showed their love with their friends and family and we cherished watching them celebrate. Soon after, we received a Christmas card from the Campell's. We hung it up on our wall as a sweet reminder of a joyful time.
Abby and Andrew shared their special day with us at The Village on December 12, 2020. We enjoyed watching them plan, prepare, and finally enjoy their wedding day surrounded by the one that love them the most (and celebrate the hardest). The smiles on their faces were infectious and we couldn't help but cheer them on as they started a new chapter in life. They were a joy to have on a wintery day in December.

A perfect way to wrap up February 2021, Amanda and Chad said "I do". Their sweet character, down-to-earth perspective, and genuine love for each other brought so much light and joy to The Village and we would be lying if we said we didn't cry as they prayed together as a new family. This was a special day and we are just so so thankful to have gotten to witness it.

On this day, The Village Farm opened it's doors to the best couple. They welcomed us with open arms and made The Farm look it's best. We were so honored to have this couple kick off "I do's" in the barn. We loved working with this couple; their smiles, easy demeanor, and fun vibes set the bar high for all events hosted at The Farm.

On a warm April weekend, Brandt and Maragaret, together with their closest family and friends, made a vow of forever. This intimate gathering was paired with the perfect celebrating as everyone shuffled, boogied, and danced the night away. We loved watching them eat, drink, laugh, and love; it made the barn swell with a loving glow. We so enjoyed having them!
